All guests whether walk-in or overnight must read and observe the Resort Policies and execute the Waiver Forms provided for upon entry. The Resort reserves the right to refuse the entry of any guest who refuses or fails to execute the Waiver Forms.
A. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, cottages, and public dining areas. Smoking shall only be allowed at designated smoking areas.
Guests shall observe and heed all safety precautions and warnings signs issued by the management within the Resort premises. Minors must be supervised by their parent/s, guardian/s, and/or teacher/s in complying with the safety and warning signs at all times.
Food and drinks shall not be brought into the premises of the Resort without prior arrangements and payment of corkage fees. Likewise, food and/or drinks prepared by the resort, other than those specifically for take-out, shall not be brought out of the premises of the Resort without prior written notice to the management.
The Resort, its officers, and employees shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, damages, or loss incurred by any person by reason of the consumption of the food and/or drinks brought into the Resort, or Resort food and/or drinks brought out of the premises without prior arrangement.
Swimming Pool Rules:
The use of proper swimwear is strictly required in the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. only.
Children seven (7) years of age and below must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area at all times.
The Upper Pool is strictly for adults only.
Jumping, diving and acrobatic exhibitions are strictly prohibited.
Bringing food and/or drinks in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
Bringing non-waterproof electrical devices in the pool area is strictly prohibited. Any violator thereof releases the Resort from liability for any damage to such device. Guests shall take care of their electronic items at their own risk.
Guests are requested to use the Resort equipment and facilities with proper care. Any damage caused thereto due to the fault or negligence of the guests shall be charged to their account.
The Resort has parking spaces allotted for its guests. Drivers of the vehicles must surrender their driver’s license or other government-issued ID to security upon entry at the parking area and Resort. The Resort assumes no liability for any loss and/or damages to the vehicles parked therein and to the valuables left inside the vehicles unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Resort or any of its employees or staffs.
Guests are obliged to make an effort to keep the surroundings clean. Guests should refrain from throwing rubbish anywhere other than the strategically located trash bins.
Pets are strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
Tricycles and other public motor vehicles which may transport guests to and from the hotel are not in any way affiliated with the Resort. The Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by or on occasion of their use.
Rules on Guest demeanor within the Resort premises:
Guests are expected to behave in a manner not disruptive to the peace of the Resort and of the stay of other guests.
Guests shall observe responsible consumption of alcohol.
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal and non-commercial use only.
Upon booking and entering the Resort premises, guests hereby allow the Resort to use the photos and videos of guests for the Resort’s promotional materials.
In taking photos and videos within the premises, guests are hereby obliged to respect other guests’ privacy. Upon the request of other guests, the Resort reserves the right to delete any photos/videos taken that is/are violative of this policy.
The use of aerial drones is prohibited, unless a written permission from the management is obtained. This is subject to the policy of respecting the other guests’ privacy within the Resort premises.
Professional photography and videography for commercial use is not allowed, unless expressly granted by the Resort management.
Guests are obliged to surrender to the Resort any item that may at least seem to be lost or unattended. The Resort shall hold such items for 30 days. After the lapse thereof, the Resort shall discard such items.
Upon booking and entering the Resort premises, the guests undertake to only air their grievances with the Resort authorities first.
The Resort reminds its booking guests that publication of defamatory statements with malice is punishable under the law, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The Resort reserves the right to blacklist or refuse any future booking and/or entry to its premises any guest who would violate its Resort Policy.
By purchasing an admission pass or booking a room, or any other forms of admission through the Resort’s website, telephone, e-mail, the Resort’s counter, or third-party booking website, guests are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to comply with the Resort Policies. Guests are deemed to have waived any claim against the Resort or any of its officers, employees, or staff arising from their fault, negligence or misconduct.
The Resort management reserves the right to forcibly remove misbehaving guest/s from the Resort premises. In the event a guest is lawfully removed from the Resort premises by the management, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of their stay.
In case of medical emergencies, guests may request assistance from the Resort to bring the ailing guest to a hospital whereby they shall be accompanied by the Resort nurse. Any cost incurred in relation thereto shall, however, be for the account of the guest.
B. BOOKING ARRANGEMENT AND RATES
Reservations may be done online, by telephone, or via e-mail.
All reservations shall be guaranteed by a credit card, especially for reservations made through the website.
As an alternative, a deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the reservation shall be required to confirm all bookings. The balance thereof shall be paid at the Front Desk of the Resort upon arrival and check-in.
All room rates and day tour rates are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
C. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Once a reservation has been confirmed, guests are allowed to modify or cancel the same within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date without incurring any cancellation penalty.
In the event a guest fails to show up on the arrival date (“No Show”) or cancels less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date (“Late Cancellation”), the following penalties shall apply:
No Show: The guest shall be charged a penalty equivalent to the total room charges for the entire duration of the booking.
For Late Cancellation: The guest shall be charged a penalty equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the booking or an amount equivalent to one (1) night’s stay of the room reserved, whichever amount is higher.
Under exceptional cases, rebooking or refund may be accommodated if the no show or late cancellation is due to a valid emergency. Allowance of the foregoing shall be at the sole discretion of the Resort and subject to presentation of appropriate supporting document/s (i.e. doctor’s note and/or medical certificate for confinement of guest in a hospital.)
Rebooking is subject to availability.
D. GUEST REGISTRATION, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
All guests shall check-in and register at the Front Desk upon arrival at the Resort. During the registration procedure, guests shall be required to present a valid identification card or any other proof of identity, and to accomplish and sign the Guest Registration Card.
Standard check-in time is at 1:00 p.m. while standard check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. Requests for early check-in and/or late check-in are subject to availability. Advance arrangements are required and additional charges may apply.
Check-in and check-out times shall be strictly observed.
The Resort gates close at 6:00 p.m. Overnight staying guests must check-in before said time while day tour guests will be requested to leave the Resort premises.
The Resort reserves the right to remove and transfer the personal belongings of guests who fail to observe the check-out time. Further, failure to check-out on time may subject the guest/s to additional charges.
For failure to observe the check-out time, the Guest/s appoint the Resort, its authorized agents, employees and/or representatives as its attorney-in-fact to:
take inventory and possession of whatever belongings and/or articles brought within the resort premises, provided: the Resort shall hold such items for 30 days. that if the Guest/s fails to claim such belongings and/or articles, after the lapse thereof, the Resort shall discard such items.
to dispose the said belongings and/or articles in a public sale after notice to the Guest/s of its date, time and place, through a notary public and to apply the proceeds thereof to whatever liability and/or indebtedness the Guest/s may have to the Resort plus reasonable expenses for the same including storage fees and the balance, if any, shall be turned over to the Guest/s.
Room keys must be deposited at the Cottage Reception whenever guests leave the premises of the Resort and upon check-out. Lost keys shall be charged against the account of the guest.
E. SECURITY
To ensure the security of the Resort and the guests, the gate of the Resort closes at 8:00 PM.
Bringing in fireworks, firearms, and other deadly weapons into the Resort is strictly prohibited and violators will be dealt with accordingly.
F. RESORT LIABILITY
Guests are expected to observe the Resort Policy, including all safety rules and regulations, warning and danger signs, proper attire and decorum, while inside the premises of the Resort. The guests shall be solely liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident or death that may occur due to the negligence, willful act or disregard of the same by the guests.
Guests shall be responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables and personal belongings. Safety deposit boxes* are available in the rooms, while lockers may be availed of by day tour guests. The Resort shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the valuable and personal belongings of the guests due to the latter’s fault, negligence, misconduct, failure, or refusal to follow the Resort’s Policy or because of force majeure.
The Resort or any of its directors, officers, employees, or staff shall not be held liable for any claim, damages, liabilities, or demand arising from or in connection to admission to the Resort or availing of any facilities or services in the Resort that the guests may suffer, including but not limited to, loss or damage of property, injury, accident or death due to or caused by, directly or indirectly, the latter’s fault, negligence, misconduct, or failure or refusal to follow the Resort’s Policy or because of force majeure.
G. CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal information furnished by the guests in relation to their transactions with the Resort shall be held private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except to the extent or required by law.
H. AMENDMENTS
The Resort reserves the right to amend the Resort Policy at any time.

The amended Resort Policy shall be effective as of May 2025.
